It is the corner stone and the action point, vis a ves suing Israel, that the Palestinian National Authority have control over the the lands legally fall under its sovereignty; i.e. the WB and the Gaza Strip which has been considered mutineer area ruled by Hamas. Calls by the PNA raised for the prosecution of Israel for their war crimes as Gaza is now considered a catastrophic area after the Israeli genocide against the civilians and the civil objects which they claim to call "Operation Protective Edge".

It's high time that we stop lambasting the Unity Government because it is the only way we could prosecute Israel for the war crimes they committed. By Unity Government, The PNA is deemed having sovereignty over "its lands" and therefore can sue Israel in the International Court of Justice.

In simple words, we need to be united on one word and stop following our non-patriotic partizan tendencies in order to guarantee the true punishment for the aggressor Israel who dropped all the moral and international codes behind their backs.

Remember,

The PLO is the sole legitimate representative for the Palestinian people.

According to the Fourth Geneva Convention, as I already mentioned in previous Facebook posts, what Israel commits against the Palestinian Civilians and Civil Objects is a violation to the convention and Israel shall, therefore, be punished for.

psychopolitically, we chronologically revert back to the turmoil of the 1980s and even later with a spice of new methods and names. Strategy makers are heartless smart people, while we are human beings being manipulated for the sake of control.
